R & A were recently commissioned to provide office furniture and seating to a new office for Cisco the multi-national Computer company.
The brief was to find office furniture which was both suitable to the task and yet had to be have been recycled and available from sources for re-use in the office environment/.
We were able to find all the office furniture and seating from clients who were invoved in a takeover and had up to 50 sets of desks, chairs , pedestals , storage cabinets and divider screens available to be re-used. All the items were under 2 years old and may otherwise have been disposed of at a cost to the environment. The items were gathered from London and Leeds and each part of the office set up was also reclaimed and recycled. The computers, telephones, copiers etc were re-used after reconditioning in the trade.

All the other items went to the new office project to be re-used by Cisco.

Cosentino, a multinational engineered stone provider have set up a new distribution centre in Trafford Park, Manchester.
Cosentino wanted to furnish the small office in style. Richard Clarke from R & A was able to specify bench2 from Gresham, in white with silver steelwork, white storage cabinets and silver carcasses and great matching chairs in black.

Richard supervised the whole event and was on hand to iron out any difficulties which may have arisen as a result of translated specifcation. Cosentino were wonderfully supportive through the project both locally and back at HQ in Spain. The small office is a perfect home to complement the fantastic range of products onn show in their ranges.

R & A Office Environments Ltd were selected by the National Trust to clear all the contents of three of their offices in the South West of England, comprising over 500 workstations, chairs and office cupboards. The National Trust were particularly keen to ensure that all possible recycling methods were maximised; that costs were minimised and in particular, that there was minimal land fill waste produced.

R & A, utilising their contacts and experience in these matters were able to complete the clearances in the allotted short time scale There was minimal land fill waste and there were no clearance costs to the National Trust. The National Trust officials were delighted with the positive attitude, hard work confidence and outstanding results achieved by R & A. Many other companies.organisations and charities, were able to benefit from receiving good quality recycled office furniture from the clearance.

CEMVO comissioned R & A to provide a mixture of new and second-user office furniture for their newly acquired premises in city centre Manchester.The work involved provision of offices, meeting rooms, conference rooms, an IT training room, Internet Cafe and new Reception facility.
Bhupesh Patel, Director in charge of the project, was delighted to be able to open on time with no budget surprises. Richard Clarke thanked the CEMVO staff for their help and understanding when deliveries and installations were made.
